Sophia Grace and Rosie, the pint-sized Brits who shot to fame after regular appearances on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," have a new deal at NBC.
The 10-and-7-year-olds will star in a comedy, which currently just has a script commitment, according to Deadline. The premise is still being worked out. Ellen DeGeneres will executive produce the show.
DeGeneres' A Very Good Production is also behind a direct-to-video feature. In the movie, Sophia Grace and Rosie will play versions of themselves who are sent to a royal coronation as correspondents. Production starts next month.
Just call them the new Olsen twins.
Sophia Grace and Rosie shot to fame when the YouTube video of them singing Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass" went viral. The two have made regular appearances on "Ellen" since then, often serving as correspondents on red carpets.
